Hope Staff Openings

Hope Church is a new church that is leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  Hope has grown from 1 family to our pre-covid worship attendance of 120-140.  We’ll celebrate our 3rd year together in September 2020.  Hope is attended by a good mix of ages, including college students, young families, and maturing adults, with many from de-churched or unchurched backgrounds.  Hope's style is authentic, simple, and relational.  We’re not interested in putting on a show to impress people, but we do want to do our best to honor God while loving people deeply.

Our worship style is modern, guitar led, accented by lights and video, while also faithfully centered around God’s Word and the message that Jesus has come to save sinners.    We’re looking for someone to lead Hope’s Creative Element for our Weekly Worship Services.  This person will also assist as needed with worship in Hope's other ministries (kids, college, youth, singles, retreats, etc…).  Presently, in addition to leading our weekly worship services, the Hope Church Worship Leader will lead a worship set for Hope's kids each Sunday morning.

Our Children's Ministry style is simple, relational, and focused on coming alongside of parents to lead their children in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  We value key outreach events like our summer arts/sports camp and a fall festival, but the core of our kids ministry happens on Sunday mornings while kids gather in small groups for teaching & discussion, and in larger groups for worship and a lesson centered on God's Word.  We’re looking for someone to lead Hope’s Children's Ministry, with a primary focus on Sunday mornings.
